Ninguno de los imputados, Máximo Polo Mogollón Peña, José Antonio Piscoya Paz y Roycer Del Castillo García, se hicieron presentes.
Asimismo, el acusado Prado Chicoma no fue trasladado desde el penal Río Seco, pese a haberse comunicado el tema.
